California Transparency in Supply Chain

California law requires Pursuit Aerospace to discuss activities related to prevention of human trafficking and slavery efforts in connection with our business.  Pursuit Aerospace is committed to working, together with our supply chain and customers, to conduct our business ethically and in compliance with law and international conventions.

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics states: “Pursuit Aerospace is committed to establishing itself as a reputable organization committed to high ethical standards.”  We require our employees and suppliers to abide by all applicable laws, both in the US and abroad.  This includes laws in regard to human trafficking and slavery.

While we do not currently verify or audit our supply base or require specific certifications that materials we purchase do not involve human trafficking and slavery, suppliers are obligated to comply with laws (including laws governing those activities), and also are expected to operate their businesses ethically and fairly.  Failure to do so, including violation of law regarding human trafficking and slavery, would provide the basis for Pursuit Aerospace to take corrective action within the terms of our contracts.  Further, Pursuit Aerospace employees receive training regarding their ethical and legal obligations, including adherence to the standards set forth in our Code of Conduct.
