Pursuit Aerospace has been under the guidance of an original disciple of Toyota’s Taichi Ohno for the past 10 years, Sensei Chihiro Nakaeo, completing over 1000 workshops and 100 Kaizen events.

Kaizen is an operating discipline designed to eliminate waste and prepare for growth and is deployed in all elements of our business.

Pursuit Aerospace has strategically invested into its business process and designed an organization structure to optimize the core principles of the Toyota Production System throughout the entire organization.
